A pray for my soul to forgive me of The Demon in my Closet

I have a Demon in my Closet. It’s a man, I can not forgive, can not forget and have to much hate in my soul.
I have prayed about this to get peace. I have peace until its time for a Family gathering, if I go I have anger for days, if I do not go I have sadness for weeks. My family does not understand why I am like this. They tell me to get over it and Quit the pity party, for many years I hated to go but did so. But for my peace I can not go on like this and allow myself to hurt. My sibling always invites The Demon in my Closet. So I say NO! No More! This is my prayer, for my soul. To rid the demon in my closet. God I know you say it is wrong to HATE someone, But I do, I know you have asked us to forgive, But I can not. So please God forgive me for my sins, for I know it is wrong.Please God I ask again to forgive me of the hate in my heart, help me be strong, forI was only a child, I did nothing wrong.
